About these terms

These terms apply when you use the BodeKart website or app, operated by BodeKart (CIN [CIN]), Rajendra Nagar Orai, Jalaun, UP-285001. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be give a mobile number you own.
• Keep your OTP private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers or reselling.

Products and prices

• Prices include all taxes and are shown in Indian rupees. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.
• Fresh produce is sold by approximate weight.
• Product images are for reference. The details on the pack, including MRP, ingredients and expiry date, take precedence.
• For local products, we show the source district as told to us by the farmer or producer.

Orders and delivery

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area, and we refund any amount paid.
• We deliver in the slot you choose. If we are delayed, we will inform you by SMS or CALL.
• Share the delivery OTP only after you have received your order.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Smaller orders have a delivery fee shown at checkout, and every order has a small handling charge.

Payment

• You can pay by UPI, card, net banking, UPI QR at the door, or cash on delivery.
• Online payments are processed by authorised payment gateways. BodeKart does not see or store your card or UPI PIN.
• We may limit cash on delivery for very large orders or for accounts with repeated refused deliveries.

Offers

Offers such as Salary Week (an extra 2% off on orders above ₹1,500 placed from the 1st to the 7th of each month) apply as described on the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn. We may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

Acceptable use

Do not use BodeKart for any unlawful purpose, to resell products commercially, or to interfere with the service. Do not copy our content or brand without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order in good condition. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Complaints and disputes

Contact support at support@bodekart.in or 1800-XXX-2040. If your complaint is not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer, [Grievance officer name], at grievance@bodekart.in. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in [Orai] have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use BodeKart after that means you accept the updated terms.
